From which iPhone series is 5G available?

5G is available starting with the iPhone 12 series. Apple first supported 5G with the launch of the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max in October 2020. All subsequent iPhone models are also compatible with 5G.

Are used iPhones still waterproof?

Although our devices are carefully tested, we cannot guarantee the original water resistance. Therefore, we recommend keeping the iPhone dry.

How do I decide which iPhone model is right for me?

It depends on your needs:
iPhone 12 and newer: 5G support, powerful processors, more modern cameras.
iPhone 11 series: Excellent cameras, but without 5G.
iPhone X and XS: Compact size and OLED display for a smaller budget.
If you need apps, we recommend choosing an iPhone model that still receives software updates. This is approximately 5-6 years after release.

Are the devices SIM-free?

Yes, all of our refurbished iPhones are SIM-free and can be used with any mobile operator.

What is included in the delivery?

Your refurbished iPhone is delivered without a charging cable. With this step, we want to set another example and prevent further valuable raw materials from entering our customers' homes unnecessarily, as many of our customers already have plugs. Original packaging is usually not included, except in the case of 'new' condition.
