FAQ AirPods Pro refurbished

Let’s take a look together at the benefits and important considerations when buying.

Do the AirPods Pro also have active noise cancellation?

Adaptive Audio is a new feature available only with the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, specifically when used with 2nd generation AirPods Pro. It combines Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode to dynamically adjust noise control to your surroundings. The latest firmware is installed automatically when the AirPods are connected to a device running the latest iOS or iPadOS. There is no manual update function for the AirPods themselves.

How do AirPods and AirPods Pro differ?

AirPods Pro models offer active noise cancellation, a transparency mode, customizable silicone ear tips, and often better bass and low-frequency response than standard AirPods. Classic AirPods, on the other hand, are characterized by their open design, ease of use, and long battery life, making them ideal for users who value comfort and simplicity.

What does active noise cancellation mean and how does it work in AirPods Pro?

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) in AirPods Pro uses microphones and algorithms to detect and selectively reduce ambient noise. This allows you to hear music, podcasts, or calls more clearly in noisy environments. Additionally, Transparency mode lets you consciously hear ambient sounds when you want to be aware of your surroundings.

How comfortable are these earplugs to wear?

These earbuds feature a pressure-equalizing ventilation system for a comfortable fit, even during extended listening sessions. The included silicone ear tips in three different sizes ensure a perfect fit for your ears. Furthermore, the earbuds are sweat- and water-resistant (IPX4 rating), making them ideal for sports or use on the go.

How long does the battery last?

With a single charge, AirPods Pro offer up to 4.5 hours of music playback and 3.5 hours of talk time. The wireless charging case provides a total of over 24 hours of listening time and 18 hours of talk time. A quick 5-minute charge provides approximately one hour of use.

Why should I buy refurbished AirPods Pro?

Buying refurbished AirPods Pro is a great way to enjoy the premium features of these earbuds at a more affordable price. Each unit has been thoroughly inspected, tested, and cleaned to ensure the highest quality standards. Plus, you get a one-year warranty for peace of mind and performance.

Are these earbuds compatible with other Apple devices?

Yes, the refurbished models connect seamlessly with iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. They also support accessibility features like Live Listen Audio and Conversation Amplification, making them accessible to a wide range of users.

What audio technologies do these earbuds offer?

The refurbished AirPods Pro are equipped with special Apple drivers that deliver rich and detailed sound across various genres. Active noise cancellation blocks out external distractions, while Transparency mode allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the earbuds.
