Shipping policy

 

Pickup 

If your order is ready for pickup, you can select the "Pickup in Store" option at checkout. Based on your address, you can choose the nearest Revendo branch. 

Please note that payment must be made in advance. Once your device is ready for pickup – usually within an hour – you will receive a confirmation by email. 

Shipping 

We deliver throughout Switzerland. Your order will be sent directly to your home or to the delivery address you provide. 

Shipping Information 

A-Post with Transport Guarantee 

This shipping method includes a transport guarantee for damage and loss during transit. The additional option insures the actual damage incurred (up to the value of the goods at the time of order). 

As a customer, you are entitled only to repair or replacement (substitute delivery). The decision to repair or replace a device lies with Revendo. For orders under 50 CHF, a small order surcharge also applies. 

A-Post / A-Post Plus (Free from 50 CHF) 

Orders of 50 CHF or more are delivered free of charge to your delivery address. Liability for loss and theft passes to you. For orders under 50 CHF, a small order surcharge of 9 CHF is added. If the order is placed before 2:00 PM, delivery is usually expected the next day. 

In case of damage: Contact info@revendo.ch as soon as possible, but no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. Please send us photos of the damaged device and the damaged packaging. We will handle the case for you – regardless of whether the carrier’s insurance covers only part of the damage. Please keep the original packaging. 

Note: Liability (For A-Post / A-Post Plus without transport guarantee) 

In case of loss, damage, or incorrect delivery, POST CH AG is liable according to the type of shipment under the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for private and business customers. 

  • For A-Post shipments, maximum liability is up to 500 CHF. 
  • For A-Post Plus shipments, there is no liability.
