1. Data protection

  • 1.1 All collected personal information is used exclusively for shipping, payment, and communication between Revendo and its customers (exceptions 1.4 and 1.5).
  • 1.2 When visiting the Revendo website, certain information is automatically stored, which is used only for internal company purposes and is not shared with third parties.
  • 1.3 Sent and received emails are also stored by Revendo for internal purposes. Revendo assumes no liability for damages caused by unauthorized access to stored data by third parties, unless this is due to gross negligence or intent on the part of Revendo.
  • 1.4 Processing a service request requires personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. If a service is provided due to an obligation of a third party, this data will be forwarded to the respective third party for verification and quality purposes – especially to confirm the service and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. By signing or accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to this data transfer and its use by the third party for the stated purposes.
  • 1.5 For the provision of mobile services (Revendo Mobile Services), connection routing, billing, and to fulfill legal obligations, customers consent to Revendo transmitting personal data (including location and connection data) to the network operator (currently Swisscom) and any technical partners.
  • 1.6 Further information on data protection is available on the corresponding page at revendo.ch/datenschutz.
  • 1.7 Our online shop is operated via the Shopify platform. In this context, personal data is also collected and processed by Shopify, including for the provision of enhanced services. More information about this and your rights can be found in our Privacy Policy.

2. Purchase

  • 2.1 By accepting the terms and conditions and completing the purchase process, the seller confirms to be the lawful owner of the goods and guarantees that the goods are free of third-party rights, especially free of liens, security transfers, or retention of title.
  • 2.2 The seller is a legal adult natural person or a legal entity with residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
  • 2.3 The price stated in the purchase/sales form on the website, on-site, by phone, or by email is non-binding and represents an offer from the seller to Revendo. Unless otherwise noted, this offer is valid for 10 days. Revendo reserves the right to reject offers without providing reasons.

2.4 Price determination

  • 2.4.1 A binding purchase price is only determined after a thorough inspection of the device. This includes both the external and technical condition. Quick assessments (e.g., in the purchase/sales area) may differ from the final price. If external, technical, hidden, or misdeclared defects or information are found during the extended inspection, a revaluation will take place. In this case, Revendo will contact the seller with a counteroffer valid for 30 days.

2.5 Specific cases

  • 2.5.1 Battery condition: For functioning devices, a diagnostic test may reveal that the battery needs to be replaced. This results in a price adjustment.
  • 2.5.2 Unopened packaging: If the original receipt is missing for a sealed device or the serial number is not included on the receipt, the option "Packaging unopened with receipt" is considered declined – which reduces the purchase value.
  • 2.5.3 Accessories/SIM cards: Revendo assumes no liability or refunds for included SIM cards, protective cases, or other accessories.
  • 2.5.4 For heavily soiled devices requiring extensive cleaning, a flat fee of CHF 30 will be charged.
  • 2.5.5 For defective or partially defective devices, a more detailed inspection is usually necessary. By shipping or handing over the device, the seller allows Revendo to perform necessary technical interventions to enable testing. Revendo assumes no liability for any resulting damages.
  • 2.6 If the seller does not respond to a counteroffer from Revendo despite multiple contact attempts (email and phone) or does not collect their device(s) as agreed, Revendo will assume silent acceptance of the counteroffer by the seller 30 days after delivery of the initial counteroffer. Consequently, the corresponding amount will be paid out, and the device(s) will become the property of Revendo. The counteroffer is valid for 30 days from delivery, as stated in section 2.4.1.
  • 2.7 If the device has a SIM lock, an iCloud activation lock (FMD), Apple device management (MDM), or a lock via a Google/Samsung account or pattern/PIN code that prevents further use, it must be removed afterward by the seller. If unlocking is done at Revendo's instruction, CHF 40 may be deducted from the purchase price for the additional effort. If the lock is not removed within 30 net days, no payment will be made (according to Art. 82 CO). Revendo may return the device for a handling fee of CHF 40. If this fee is not paid within 40 net days, ownership transfers to Revendo, and the device will be disposed of or used otherwise.
  • 2.8 By accepting the offer or triggering payment from Revendo to the seller, a binding purchase contract is concluded and ownership of the device transfers to Revendo. After the transfer of ownership, Revendo assumes no liability for claims from the seller related to the device. Payment is usually made within a few days after the seller accepts the offer.
  • 2.9 Withdrawal from the offer by the seller is possible by phone or email before the transfer of ownership (section 2.8). If withdrawal occurs after the device has been delivered, Revendo may charge a processing fee of CHF 10 for smartphones/tablets or CHF 35 for computers, plus CHF 9 for return shipping. The total costs must be paid before the device is returned.
  • 2.10 When sending in or handing over a device with data storage (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer), all data will be securely and routinely erased. However, the customer is responsible for backing up any sensitive data from the device beforehand. The customer fully indemnifies Revendo against any third-party claims arising from potential data loss. Liability for the provision or execution of Revendo's service is excluded within the scope of Art. 199 CO.
  • 2.11 Revendo covers the transport costs for purchases when shipping by post or bike courier. Other shipping methods are only accepted after prior arrangement.
    • The customer is responsible for correctly affixing the label provided by Revendo via email to the package when shipping by post.
    • Transport damage is only covered from the time the item is handed over to the transport company (e.g., postal service).
    • The seller is responsible for proper packaging, especially for larger devices such as iMacs or displays without original packaging, as well as for packages containing multiple products. If transport damage occurs due to inadequate packaging, the damage will be deducted from the purchase price.
  • 2.12 As part of the purchase of devices by Revendo, the customer may be given the option to apply the agreed purchase price as an advance payment for a purchase contract with a third party (e.g., a partner company) (deposit process). In this case, Revendo makes an advance payment on behalf of the customer to the third party in the amount of the purchase price. Revendo reserves the right to check the customer's creditworthiness with CembraPay AG for this process. The payment processing of the deposit process between the customer and Revendo is offered by CembraPay AG. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of CembraPay AG.

3. Sale

  • 3.1 The purchase contract for products or services from Revendo is concluded as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop, in one of the stores, by phone, or by email. By concluding the contract, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions and all sales conditions.
  • 3.2 The goods remain the property of Revendo until full payment is made. If the customer falls into payment default, Revendo is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This also extinguishes the customer's claim to the goods.
  • 3.3 Device reservations can only be made in connection with a deposit. If the device is not purchased, the deposit will be returned to the customer in the form of a voucher.
    • If a reservation is not fully paid within 7 days (or, in the case of a reservation involving internal store device transfer, two weeks after notification that it has arrived at the respective store), the deposit will automatically be converted into a voucher and sent to the customer by email. The reservation will be canceled at the same time and the item will be returned to sale.

3.4 Right of withdrawal (return policy)

When purchasing in our online shop or in a store, the customer can return an item within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products, not to services.

  • 3.4.1 If an item sold as unopened is opened and returned within 14 days, no full refund will be given. Revendo reserves the right to make a deduction of approximately 10% or at least CHF 10 – depending on the condition of the goods.
  • 3.4.2 If damages or signs of use appear after the purchase, these will be deducted from the purchase price upon return.
  • 3.4.3 The return policy expires if the device has been mechanically opened, tampered with, or damaged.
  • 3.4.4 The return policy is limited to one device per purchase or order and cannot be repeated multiple times.
  • 3.4.5 If a device purchased from Revendo has already been set up and is returned without being reset to factory settings, additional fees for mandatory data deletion and reinstallation will be charged (smartphones/tablets: CHF 39, computers: CHF 69), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • 3.4.6 For the refund, the device must be free of SIM lock, iCloud activation lock (FMD), Apple device management (MDM), or a lock by a Google/Samsung account or pattern/PIN code.
  • 3.4.7 Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded, not additional costs such as postage or fees.
  • 3.4.8 The 14-day return policy applies from the delivery date or handover. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information of the shipping service provider and is considered binding.
  • 3.4.9 A purchased warranty extension will only be refunded in connection with the return of the product within 14 days.
  • 3.5 All information about the goods on revendo.ch or in written offers is non-binding.
    • Errors in description, illustration, or pricing are reserved. In case of an error, Revendo reserves the right to cancel the contract and inform the customer accordingly.
    • Revendo can cancel the processing of the order and the contract at any time without giving a reason. In such cases, Revendo will inform the customer.
  • 3.6 Prices are regularly adjusted to the market. Revendo reserves the right to change prices at any time.
    • Prices are in Swiss Francs and include value-added tax.
    • Transport and packaging costs are charged separately.
    • For prepayment orders, Revendo grants a payment term of 10 days from the order date. If the amount is not paid within this period, Revendo will cancel the order and release the corresponding goods for sale again. These goods are therefore no longer reserved.
    • Revendo reserves the right to exclude payment methods without giving reasons.
  • 3.7 Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
    • All information on delivery times is without guarantee.
    • Delivery is generally at the customer's risk, even for partial deliveries. However, in the case of obvious transport damage, we will try, if possible, to find a satisfactory solution for both parties. The customer is obliged to report transport damage immediately upon receipt of the goods so that a claim can be made with the shipping service provider within the deadline.
    • If delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's fault, Revendo may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.
  • 3.8 Revendo grants, unless explicitly stated otherwise, a twelve-month warranty when purchasing a used or new electronic product. Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the installed replacement parts. The warranty period always begins on the invoice date. Warranty transfer to third parties is excluded.
    • Defective devices will be repaired, replaced, or the time value refunded as a voucher free of charge within the warranty period. The decision lies with Revendo and requires no further justification.
    • For a time-value refund as a voucher, the device and all supplied accessories must be returned in full. Missing accessories will reduce the refund amount accordingly.
    • A warranty claim does not affect the warranty period. A repair or replacement device does not extend the warranty period.
    • Normal signs of wear and tear (e.g., natural Battery condition loss, general signs of use, wear) are not covered. A defective battery will be replaced free of charge under the Revendo warranty – for example, if the device no longer starts due to the battery, does not switch on properly, or the battery is swollen.
    • By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer also agrees to the following warranty conditions:
Unauthorized modifications or repairs by the customer or third parties will void the warranty.
Damage caused by external influences (e.g., drop, liquid, or transport damage) is excluded from the warranty.
The customer is responsible for bringing the device to a Revendo branch during the warranty period. If this is not possible, Revendo cannot guarantee the warranty.
The warranty also expires for subsequent repairs by unauthorized workshops.
    • The customer bears the transport costs for shipping to Revendo in warranty cases.

4. Special promotions / offers

4.1 All special promotions and special offers (sales/purchases) apply exclusively to private customers. Companies and volume customers are excluded from these promotions.

5. Orders and repairs

  • 5.1 For a repair order or warranty case, a processing fee is generally only charged if the repair is not carried out or the warranty claim was submitted unjustifiably.
    • Smartphone, Tablet, Watch: CHF 49; Computer: CHF 90
  • 5.2 Surcharges apply for express repairs: Computer: CHF 89 / Mobile: CHF 49
  • 5.3 A repair offer will be delivered by Revendo within 7 days. If this is not possible, the flat processing fee is waived if the repair is not carried out.
  • 5.4 If no faults can be detected, Revendo may charge a processing fee of CHF 30, even during the warranty period.
  • 5.5 If a backup or data recovery is technically not possible, a processing fee of CHF 60 will be charged.
  • 5.6 Orders must be paid at the latest upon pickup, or in advance for shipping.
  • 5.7 Revendo grants a 90-day warranty on replaced spare parts.
  • 5.8 For consequential damages not related to the repair, as well as repairs on vintage devices (https://support.apple.com/de-ch/HT201624), Revendo assumes no responsibility.
  • 5.9 There is no warranty claim for repairs on damaged devices (e.g., liquid damage, drops).
  • 5.10 Repairs up to CHF 90 are carried out without consultation with the customer.
  • 5.11 For paid repair orders outside the warranty, Revendo covers the shipping costs for sending in. The return shipping may be charged CHF 9 depending on the order. For warranty cases, the customer bears the transport costs for sending to Revendo.
  • 5.12 If an order is not paid despite reminders or dunning notices, the device becomes the property of Revendo for CHF 0.00 after written notification by email and a 30-day deadline.

6. Shipping

6.1 Shipping labels for repair or purchases

  • 6.1.1 Shipping labels for sending in a purchase or a paid repair are issued for A-Post (goods value insured up to CHF 500.–). For warranty cases, however, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • 6.1.2 Returns (purchase or after repairs) are only accepted via A-Post (goods value insured up to CHF 500.–). If the customer wishes a different shipping method, this must be communicated in writing.

6.2 Options for outbound and return shipping:

  • A-Post & A-Post +: Liability uninsured. No liability by POST CH AG or Revendo for loss/damage/incorrect delivery. Options: https://www.post.ch/de/pakete-versenden/pakete-inland.

6.3 Transport damage and loss:

  • 6.3.1 Report transport damage to the post office immediately. Bring packaging and device to the post office, fill out damage form. After receipt, exchange or refund.
  • 6.3.2 For ordered transport insurance, send photos of the device and packaging within 24h to info@revendo.ch; otherwise no liability.
  • 6.3.3 Inform Revendo immediately in case of loss of a package. Investigation by the post office can take up to 5 working days. Replacement only with correct shipping method and covered device value.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

7.1 Revendo AG is subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. Mandatory jurisdictions for consumers remain reserved.

8. Payment method purchase on account (POWERPAY)

8.1 Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY). When concluding the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the payment modalities. When purchasing on account, the customer accepts the POWERPAY terms and conditions in addition to the general terms and conditions (https://www.powerpay.ch/de/agb). An administration fee may be charged per invoice; additional fees apply for partial/late payments according to https://www.powerpay.ch/de/agb.

9. Gift card

  • 9.1 Credit cannot be paid out in cash.
  • 9.2 Valid up to 2 years after recharge.

10. Vouchers, promo, and coupon codes

10.1 All vouchers and promo codes for purchase and sale are valid only once and cannot be combined.

11. Nullity according to OR Art. 20, para. 2

11.1 If the defect only affects individual parts of the contract, only these parts are void, unless it can be assumed that the contract would not have been concluded at all without the void part.

12. General Terms and Conditions Revendo Mobile Services

12.1 Scope and Contract Conclusion

  • 12.1.1 The General Terms and Conditions Revendo Mobile Services govern the use of all mobile services offered by Revendo AG (hereinafter "Revendo") to its customers. Revendo provides these services as a reseller based on the network infrastructure of a third party (currently Swisscom). No direct contractual relationship arises between the customer and the network operator.
  • 12.1.2 The mobile phone contract comes into effect with the order/application for a subscription (online or in-store) and the subsequent activation of the physical SIM card or eSIM. Revendo charges an activation fee of CHF 49.- for activation.
  • 12.1.3 Revendo is legally obliged under the Federal Act on the Surveillance of Postal and Telecommunications Traffic (BÜPF) to verify the identity of customers at contract conclusion using a valid official identification document. Persons authorized to conclude contracts are natural persons aged 18 or older residing in Switzerland or companies based in Switzerland. Revendo reserves the right to refuse contract conclusion without stating reasons.
  • 12.1.4 The SIM card or eSIM profile is only activated after customer registration. If it turns out after registration that the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information or uploaded insufficient identification documents, Revendo may require correction or completion of the information or documents, or deactivate or delete an already activated SIM card or eSIM profile without compensation. Revendo also reserves the right to refuse registration of multiple SIM cards or eSIM profiles for the same person if abuse is suspected. If a provider switch is necessary for contract conclusion and this switch cannot be carried out due to lack of release by the previous provider, Revendo cannot be held liable for any resulting inconvenience or costs. Options are also concluded for an indefinite period. Unless otherwise regulated in other contract components, options have a cancellation period of two months, effective at the end of a billing month, counted from their activation.

12.2 Services from Revendo

  • 12.2.1 Revendo provides customers with services within the scope of operational resources and technical possibilities. The exact scope of services is detailed in the tariff information published on revendo.ch.
  • 12.2.2 Revendo or the network operator is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure. To fix disruptions, perform maintenance, or expand the network, Revendo or the network operator may temporarily restrict or interrupt services.

12.3 Customer obligations

  • 12.3.1 Customers are responsible for the lawful and contractual use of services and for timely payment of invoices.
  • 12.3.2 Customers are obliged to securely store passwords, PIN and PUK codes, and other access data and protect them from unauthorized third-party access.
  • 12.3.3 In case of loss or theft of the SIM/eSIM or device, Revendo must be informed immediately to block the connection. Until this notification reaches Revendo, the customer is fully liable for any usage and all incurred costs.
  • 12.3.4 Customers must promptly inform Revendo of name or address changes (including email address). Correspondence is considered legally delivered if sent to the last known address.

12.4 Fair Use Policy (Usage terms for normal personal use)

  • 12.4.1 Revendo's mobile subscriptions are exclusively for normal personal use. This means the mobile use of the SIM/eSIM in a conventional smartphone (handset) for calls, SMS, and internet connections.
  • 12.4.2 Unauthorized special applications: A significant deviation from normal use occurs if the subscription is misused. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
    • Use of the mobile connection as a permanent replacement for a fixed-line internet connection.
    • Permanent operation of the SIM card in routers, gateways, or stationary WiFi hotspots to supply multiple devices.
    • Machine-to-machine communication (M2M), such as in vending machines or smart meters.
    • Surveillance applications (permanently streaming webcams, wildlife cameras, baby monitor apps with permanent connection).
    • Direct dial, fixed, and permanent connections.
    • Commercial resale of services or offering telecommunications services to third parties.
  • 12.4.3 If Revendo provides evidence or there is a strong suspicion that usage significantly deviates from normal use (e.g., data consumption massively and consistently exceeding the usual average and endangering network capacity), Revendo will engage in dialogue with the customer. If the customer is unwilling to adjust the behavior, Revendo is entitled to immediately restrict service provision (e.g., throttling data speed), charge extraordinary fees, convert the subscription, or permanently block the connection.

12.5 Devices (Hardware)

12.5.1 The customer is responsible for the purchase, setup, and functionality of their devices (smartphones). If a device disrupts the network infrastructure, Revendo is entitled to block the connection immediately and claim damages.

12.6 Prices and Tariffs

  • 12.6.1 The prices and tariffs valid at the time of use and published on revendo.ch are decisive for billing. The payment obligation begins with the activation of the service. Even during any contractual or legal blocking of the connection, the regular subscription fees remain fully payable.
  • 12.6.2 The subscriptions include use of the Swisscom 5G network (without artificial speed limit, depending on location and device). The Principality of Liechtenstein is contractually considered domestic; the same conditions apply as in Switzerland (without roaming deduction).

12.7 Invoicing, Payment Terms, and Blocking

  • 12.7.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Revendo sends invoices to the email address specified in the contract.
  • 12.7.2 A payment term of 30 days from the invoice date applies for monthly subscription fees and any usage-based costs.
  • 12.7.3 If the customer is in default of payment, Revendo initiates the following process:
    • After 30 days from the invoice date: Sending of a free payment reminder.
    • After 40 days from the invoice date: Sending of the first reminder. A reminder fee of CHF 30.- is charged.
    • After 50 days from the invoice date: Sending of the second reminder. An additional reminder fee of CHF 30.- is charged.
    • After 60 days from the invoice date: If payment is still outstanding, Revendo is entitled to block the mobile connection fully or partially. An additional fee of CHF 50.- applies for unblocking.
    • After 70 days from the invoice date: If payment is still outstanding, Revendo is entitled to terminate the mobile subscription contract with immediate effect. In addition, Revendo forwards the outstanding claim to the debt collection agency.
  • 12.7.4 For blocking and/or any later reactivation of the connection, Revendo charges a blocking fee of CHF 50.-.
  • 12.7.5 Revendo is entitled to assign claims to third parties (debt collection agencies). The costs for debt collection are fully borne by the customer.

12.8 Use Abroad (Roaming)

  • 12.8.1 For connections (Voice, SMS, Data) made via foreign mobile networks, the currently valid roaming conditions published on the Revendo website apply.
  • 12.8.2 Customers are responsible for informing themselves about applicable charges before traveling abroad. Roaming limits can be set and data roaming can be completely deactivated or reactivated in the customer portal for cost control.
  • 12.8.3 Revendo points out that roaming charges may sometimes be billed with a delay of up to two months because usage data must be transmitted by foreign network operators.
  • 12.8.4 Roaming rates also apply if the customer is in Switzerland (border area) but the device unintentionally connects to a foreign network. Customers can prevent this by manually selecting the network on the device.

12.9 Premium services and blocking sets

12.9.1 Calls to premium-rate numbers (e.g., 090x) and premium SMS (e.g., for voting, donations, or ringtones) are not included in flat rates and are charged separately. Customers can activate corresponding blocking sets (e.g., blocking all 090x numbers or erotic services) free of charge in the customer portal.

12.10 Revendo Credit (credit)

  • 12.10.1 A "Revendo Credit" included in certain subscriptions (monthly accrued credit) is only credited to the customer account after full and timely payment of the respective monthly invoice.
  • 12.10.2 If the customer is in default of payment or the connection is blocked, no credit will be accrued for the affected period. Any subsequent claim is excluded.
  • 12.10.3 A cash payout of Revendo Credit is excluded in all cases. The credit can be used for purchases (products and accessories) or repairs within the Revendo ecosystem. Using the credit to pay Revendo Mobile phone bills is explicitly excluded.

12.11 Misuse, contract violations & traffic management and net neutrality (Art. 12e FMG)

  • 12.11.1 Contract violations specifically include the unfair mass sending of messages (spam), harassing third parties, hacking, phishing, and actions that endanger the network infrastructure. In case of a violation, Revendo may suspend service without prior notice, terminate the contract without notice, and claim damages. This also applies in cases of misuse by third parties or justified doubts about payment ability. Revendo may block or restrict services in whole or in part without prior notice if:
    • a valid reason exists (Clause 12.14.4),
    • the blocking or restriction is presumably in the customer's interest, e.g., in case of misuse by third parties,
    • in case of justified doubts about compliance with payment obligations according to clause 12.14.4.
  • 12.11.2 Revendo or the network operator (Swisscom) takes traffic management measures to ensure good quality for all users. Voice services over the mobile network (Voice over LTE, VoLTE) are considered specialized services and are prioritized over general data traffic to maintain connection quality even during network congestion.
  • 12.11.3 To maintain the integrity and security of the network, data flow can be analyzed anonymously for attack patterns (e.g., DDoS attacks). Harmful data traffic can be filtered out of the network.
  • 12.11.4 Illegal content can be blocked upon official or judicial order.

12.12 Phone numbers & SIM cards

  • 12.12.1 There is no legal entitlement to the allocation or retention of a specific phone number. Phone numbers do not become the property of the customer. If the contract is terminated and no valid porting order from a new provider is received by the end of the notice period, the phone number expires irrevocably 30 days after the end of the contract and is returned to the network operator for reassignment.
  • 12.12.2 If a physical SIM card must be replaced for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., loss, damage due to improper handling, PIN/PUK permanently blocked), Revendo is entitled to charge a processing fee for issuing a replacement SIM according to the current price list. The provision of eSIM profiles is generally carried out according to the conditions communicated on the website.

12.13 Liability

  • 12.13.1 Revendo is liable for proven damages in case of contractual breaches, unless it proves that it is not at fault.
  • 12.13.2 Revendo does not guarantee seamless network coverage or uninterrupted availability. Liability for damages caused by network interruptions, lack of network coverage, or faulty routing is excluded. Furthermore, Revendo does not provide any warranty or assurance for:
    • continuous uninterrupted and disturbance-free functioning of the infrastructure and its services as well as their security,
    • certain transmission times, speeds, or capacities, a specific availability and quality regarding voice and data traffic, especially on third-party networks or with connections from third-party networks, as well as regarding operation and support,
    • the availability of individual mobile communication technologies and standards,
    • the provision or maintenance of certain technical means (e.g., infrastructures, platforms, transmission technologies and protocols, as well as user interfaces) and the provision or maintenance of services accessible through them.
  • 12.13.3 Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, and data loss is expressly and fully excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12.14 Contract Duration and Termination

  • 12.14.1 Unless a different minimum contract duration is explicitly stated for the respective product, subscriptions are concluded indefinitely without a minimum contract period.
  • 12.14.2 The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 2 months to the end of a billing month. Compliance with the deadline is based on the receipt of the cancellation by Revendo.
  • 12.14.3 Cancellations should be made via the form on revendo.ch for quick processing. Cancellations by letter or email are also accepted. The date the cancellation is received by Revendo is decisive. In the case of number porting, the porting order submitted by the new provider is considered a legally valid cancellation.
  • 12.14.4 Revendo has the right to terminate the contract, individual connections, or individual options with immediate effect and without compensation for an important reason. An important reason exists in particular if:
    • there are indications that the customer is using the services illegally, in breach of contract, or abusively,
    • a competent authority orders that the services must no longer be provided to the customer,
    • the networks of Revendo Mobile, the network operator, or third parties, or their use by the customer, are impaired,
    • there is reason to believe that the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information when concluding the contract or during registration,
    • the customer is in default of payment,
    • overriding public interests require this.
  • 12.14.5 In the event of the death of the contract holder, the subscription will be terminated with immediate effect. If the phone number is not ported or taken over by the survivors, it will be released for reassignment.

12.15 Changes to Terms and Conditions and Prices
