Why buy from Revendo?

Revendo offers you good prices for used devices. These have been checked, cleaned, reinstalled and quality checked by our specialists. Furthermore, all of the devices we sell have a minimum 12-month guarantee.

How is the optical condition assessed?

  • New The device is brand new and unopened.
  • Like new has no signs of wear: The product looks like new and shows no signs of use.
  • Very good has fine signs of use: These can only be seen from a distance of 30 cm.
  • Used has visible signs of wear: Scratches or wear are visible under normal lighting conditions.
  • Bargain has clear signs of wear: Scratches or signs of wear are clearly visible and impossible to miss.

However, the signs of use do not affect the functionality of the device.

What does the warranty include?

Defective devices will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded free of charge within the warranty period. The decision on this is at Revendo's discretion and does not require any further justification. As a rule, the original product will be repaired. If this is not possible, Revendo will keep the device and replace it with an equivalent model or refund the amount paid up to a maximum of the purchase price.

When can I have my battery replaced at Revendo's expense?

A defective battery will be replaced free of charge under the Revendo guarantee. For example, the battery is completely defective (device no longer starts, device cannot be started correctly). Normal wear and tear of the battery is not covered by the Revendo guarantee.

How does Revendo set the prices for the devices?

Revendo's selling prices are based on the current market value, which is determined by factors such as the new price, the condition of the device and the supply and demand ratio.

Why is the competition cheaper in certain cases?

It is not necessarily. We upgrade devices using established processes and quality checks and provide a guarantee of at least 12 months. We also offer repairs and orders under Apple certification, which stands for first-class quality. Not all competitors have these high quality standards. We also have branches throughout Switzerland where you can get personal advice.

Can I also view the devices on site?

Yes, you are welcome to come by during our opening hours. We will be happy to provide you with information and advice on site. If you would like to view a specific device, please contact our customer service to make sure which branch this device is currently located in.

What payment options are available?

In our online shop you can pay using the following payment methods: invoice with installment option*, advance payment, PostFinance Card, E-Finance, TWINT and credit card. When you visit our shop we also accept payments with EC cards or in cash. The installment option allows you to pay 10% of the outstanding amount every month, with only 1% interest being charged on the outstanding amount.

Can I pay in installments?

You are welcome to pay by invoice via our partner PowerPay; payment in up to 3 installments is possible for a fee. (This payment option can only be offered under certain conditions and is only available to private individuals).

Why is there no longer a plug included with my smartphone?

Our goal is to extend the useful life of electronic devices and offer our customers a sustainable alternative. With this step, we want to set another example and prevent further valuable raw materials from entering our customers' homes unnecessarily, as many of our customers already have plugs.

When will I receive the device?

After we receive your payment or if you order on account, we will send the device by A-Post to the address you provided. You will usually receive the package on the next working day.

Can I exchange a device directly?

This is not possible. The devices are tested first and only after this test will you receive an offer by email. We offer express processing for CHF 79.
