    Please provide us with further details such as quantity, serial number, RAM, storage size and type, processor, year, accessories, color and condition in the comment field or as a list in the attachment.

    Based on your information, we will send you a non-binding indicative offer. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the final offer will be.

    Free shipping or pickup

    Depending on the region and quantity of equipment, we offer free collection or a GAS label for free postal delivery.

    Device testing

    Our certified technicians will check your devices (visually and technically) within a maximum of 10 working days.

    Credit

    After verification, you will receive a detailed, final credit note. If you agree, send us an invoice for the credit amount and we will transfer it immediately upon receipt.

Please note: We cannot process products with an active location lock (e.g. Apple FMI/‘Where is?’). Please deactivate this, if present, before sending in the devices to avoid considerable effort. Please also remove any third-party administration/company administration (MDM/DEP) from the devices. Devices with active location, third-party administration or other locks will not be purchased by us or alternatively valued at CHF 0.00. This applies to all devices regardless of brand or manufacturer.
