    Depending on the region and quantity of equipment, we offer free collection or a GAS label for free postal delivery.

    Our certified technicians will check your devices (visually and technically) within a maximum of 10 working days.

    Credit

    After verification, you will receive a detailed, final credit note. If you agree, send us an invoice for the credit amount and we will transfer it immediately upon receipt.

Please note: We cannot process products with an active location lock (e.g., Apple FMI/"Find My?"). Please deactivate this feature, if present, before sending the device in to avoid significant costs. Please also remove any third-party management/company management (MDM/DEP) from the device. We will not purchase devices with active location, third-party management, or other locks or, alternatively, will value them at CHF 0.00. This applies to all devices regardless of brand or manufacturer.
