Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
Conditions for a return
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (no signs of wear, complete with all accessories).
- The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
How to request a return
- Log in to your customer account.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click on ‘Request return’ and follow the instructions.

⚠️ Please note: We do not provide return labels. We recommend using an insured shipping method and keeping the shipping confirmation.
Processing and refund
After receiving your return, we will check the condition of the item. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If there are discrepancies, we will contact you.
Please note: Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions – These items are non-returnable
- ❌ Hygiene items (e.g. headphones/in-ears if opened)
- ❌ Screen protectors that have been used
