We repair Android smartphones but also offer top-quality repairs as an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) for a wide range of products, including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch, accessories and more.

Step 1

Fill out the repair form

Enter a new repair order using the form. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation with all the information you need to send.

Step 2

Send in or hand in

Bring the device in person to a shop, send it to us by post or have it collected by a bike courier (if available). You will find more information about this in your confirmation email. If the repair exceeds your set cost limit, you will receive a new offer.

Step 3

Receive your device by post

Device is repaired and returned by post.

General information

  • Our customers are generally not obliged to provide us with their passwords. This is only necessary if customers require help with data backups or fixing software errors.
  • A fixed fee of CHF 90 will be charged for repairs not carried out on notebooks and computers. For smartphones and tablets, the fixed fee is CHF 49. 
  • If no faults can be detected, we charge a processing fee of CHF 90 for notebooks and computers and a fee of CHF 49 for smartphones and tablets. The fees are also charged during the warranty period.
  • If it is not technically possible to create a backup or recover data, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 60
  • Orders are to be paid at the latest upon collection, in the case of shipping by prepayment
  • With all repairs 90 days warranty on the replaced hardware
  • For consequential faults that are not related to the repair, as well as repairs to vintage equipment, Revendo AG accepts no liability.
  • In the event of repairs to damaged equipment (e.g. liquid, fall), there is no entitlement to warranty
  • Repairs up to CHF 90 will be carried out without consultation with the customer
  • If repair exceeds the customer's cost ceiling, we will send a specific quotation in advance
  • We will pay the shipping costs from the customer to us. However, the costs of return shipping may be charged to the customer under certain circumstances.
  • The customer receives further information, shipping label and invoice by e-mail
  • We can only handle orders and repairs from Switzerland. Unfortunately, shipping abroad is not possible.
