We offer several payment methods so you can choose the option that works best for you. Below you’ll find a clear overview of all available payment methods, as well as how billing and payment processing works.

Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Card
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Your data is securely transmitted using SSL encryption. For processing, we require the card number, expiry date and security code.

TWINT
Select TWINT at checkout and confirm the payment directly in your app. Quick, easy, no card details needed.

PostFinance (E-Finance or PostFinance Card)
You’ll be redirected to the PostFinance payment page, where you can pay either via E-Finance login or with your PostFinance Card.

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
After checkout, you’ll receive our bank details by email. Your order is reserved for 14 days until the payment is received. Please include the payment reference so your transfer can be assigned correctly.

PowerPay (Invoice or Installments)
With PowerPay, you can pay by invoice or in multiple installments. The invoice will be sent to you directly by PowerPay via email.

Payment Processing

  • Credit/Debit Card, TWINT, PostFinance: payment is processed immediately when you place your order.
  • Prepayment: your order will be shipped once we have received your payment.
  • PowerPay: billing is handled directly through PowerPay; you’ll receive the invoice via email.

Invoice Delivery

Your invoice will be sent automatically by email after your order is completed. For payments via PowerPay, the invoice is also sent directly by PowerPay.

Frequently asked questions about Payment & Billing

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay with credit or debit card, TWINT, PostFinance, prepayment (bank transfer), or PowerPay if you prefer to receive an invoice or pay in installments. Just choose your preferred method during checkout.

How does paying by invoice with PowerPay work?

After you complete your order, the invoice is sent to you directly by PowerPay via email. You can pay amounts under CHF 499.99 in one or multiple payments. For higher amounts, installment plans are possible. Late payments may result in fees according to PowerPay’s terms and conditions.

When is my payment processed?

Payments made by credit/debit card, TWINT or PostFinance are processed immediately at checkout. For prepayment, the order is processed once we receive your bank transfer. PowerPay payments are handled directly by PowerPay after your order is completed.

Can I change the payment method after placing the order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the payment method once the order is completed. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and place a new order using your preferred payment method.

My payment was charged twice – what should I do?

In rare cases, duplicate charges can occur due to temporary authorizations by banks. These usually correct themselves automatically within 3–5 business days. If the amount is not refunded within that time, please contact us at info@revendo.ch.

When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice is sent to you automatically by email once your order is completed. For PowerPay payments, the invoice is sent directly by PowerPay.
