Payment & Billing

We offer several payment methods so you can choose the option that works best for you. Below you’ll find a clear overview of all available payment methods, as well as how billing and payment processing works.

Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Card
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Your data is securely transmitted using SSL encryption. For processing, we require the card number, expiry date and security code.

TWINT
Select TWINT at checkout and confirm the payment directly in your app. Quick, easy, no card details needed.

PostFinance (E-Finance or PostFinance Card)
You’ll be redirected to the PostFinance payment page, where you can pay either via E-Finance login or with your PostFinance Card.

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
After checkout, you’ll receive our bank details by email. Your order is reserved for 14 days until the payment is received. Please include the payment reference so your transfer can be assigned correctly.

PowerPay (Invoice or Installments)
With PowerPay, you can pay by invoice or in multiple installments. The invoice will be sent to you directly by PowerPay via email.

Payment Processing

  • Credit/Debit Card, TWINT, PostFinance: payment is processed immediately when you place your order.
  • Prepayment: your order will be shipped once we have received your payment.
  • PowerPay: billing is handled directly through PowerPay; you’ll receive the invoice via email.

Invoice Delivery

Your invoice will be sent automatically by email after your order is completed. For payments via PowerPay, the invoice is also sent directly by PowerPay.

Frequently asked questions about Payment & Billing

What payment options are available?

You can pay with credit/debit card, TWINT, PostFinance, prepayment or PowerPay. Select your preferred payment method at checkout.

How does purchasing on account with PowerPay work?

After completing your order, you will receive the invoice directly from PowerPay. Amounts under CHF 499.99 can be paid in one or more installments. For higher amounts, payment in installments is also possible. In case of late payment, PowerPay charges fees according to their terms and conditions.

When will my payment be processed?

Card payments, TWINT and PostFinance are processed immediately. Advance payments are credited as soon as the amount arrives in our account. With PowerPay, payment processing takes place directly between you and PowerPay.

Can I change the payment method later?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the payment method after placing your order. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it and reorder using your preferred payment method.

My payment was double-charged – what can I do?

Temporary double charges can occur with credit cards and TWINT and are usually corrected automatically within 3–5 business days. If not, please contact us at info@revendo.ch.

When will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically via email after order completion. For payments via PowerPay, the invoice will be sent by PowerPay.
