How much does a mobile plan at Revendo cost?

The cheapest mobile plan (Swiss Start) costs an effective CHF 12.–/month including Revendo Credit. The popular Swiss Flat with unlimited data is an effective CHF 19.–/month. All prices include 8.1% VAT and can be cancelled anytime.

What exactly is the Revendo Credit?

The Revendo Credit is part of your monthly subscription price, which is saved as a credit. You can redeem it at Revendo – online or in-store – for Refurbished devices, repairs, or sustainable accessories.

Can I use the mobile plan as an eSIM?

Yes. At checkout you choose between an eSIM and a physical SIM card. With the eSIM you receive a QR code by email and are ready within minutes – no waiting for postal delivery, and ideal as a second SIM too.

What is an eSIM and what are its benefits?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your device. You activate your mobile plan via QR code – no waiting and no plastic card – and can manage several profiles on one smartphone. At Revendo Mobile, the eSIM is available for all plans in Switzerland.

On which network does the Revendo mobile phone subscription run?

Revendo Mobile uses the Swisscom network – with over 99.5% population coverage and 5G throughout Switzerland.

What does "unlimited" mean for the data?

With Swiss Flat, you surf unlimited. You have a full-speed quota (40/100/200 GB). After that, you continue surfing at 1 Mbit/s – with no extra costs.

Which mobile plan is right for me?

Swiss Start suits light users in Switzerland, Swiss Flat offers unlimited data at home. If you often travel in Europe, choose Europe or Europe Max with roaming included in Zone 1.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No – all subscriptions have no minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time or easily switch to another subscription.

Can I keep my number?

Yes, number porting is possible. Keep your existing mobile number.

How much does the activation cost?

A one-time activation fee of CHF 49.– applies to each new subscription. This covers the SIM card or eSIM setup as well as the network connection.

What is included in Zone 1?

Zone 1 includes EU/EEA countries as well as Great Britain, Turkey, and other popular travel destinations. Liechtenstein is considered domestic at Revendo Mobile – the same conditions apply there as in Switzerland.

Is Revendo Mobile an MVNO and is there a SIM-only option?

Yes. Revendo Mobile is a Swiss MVNO on the Swisscom network and is available as a pure SIM-only plan (eSIM or SIM card) – without buying a new device, cancellable at any time.

General Information

Activation Fee
A one-time activation fee of CHF 49.– applies to every new subscription. This will be charged once upon conclusion of the contract.

Contract Duration & Termination
The subscription has no minimum contract duration. You can cancel at any time with 2 months' notice to the end of the month or easily switch to another subscription.

Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein is treated like Switzerland. All conditions applicable in Switzerland – including calls, SMS, and data usage – also apply in Liechtenstein at the same price and without roaming deductions.

Revendo Credit

  • The Revendo Credit is tied to the email address stored with the subscription and is non-transferable.
  • The credit can be redeemed online at revendo.ch or in a Revendo Store.
  • Each monthly credit expires exactly 3 years after the day of its respective crediting.
  • If access to the stored email address is lost, the credit expires without replacement.
  • The Revendo Credit may not be used to pay mobile phone bills.

Telephony Europe (Europe & Europe Max)
The "Europe" and "Europe Max" subscriptions include unlimited calls and SMS in both directions: from Switzerland to Europe (Zone 1) and from Europe back to Switzerland. For the "Swiss Start" and "Swiss Flat" subscriptions, roaming calls are not included in the subscription.

  • Europe Max: Calls/SMS CH+Zone 1: 4,000/month, Data CH: unlimited (200 GB full speed), 30 GB Zone 1.
