Back up your data, remove locks like "Find My iPhone", erase all personal content, and reset the device to factory settings. This will allow us to examine it directly and assess it quickly.

No, we only buy devices that can be evaluated online. We accept all models that you can evaluate on our website; if it's a brand new model, it may not be listed yet – adding it usually takes about 10 days, after which you can also sell it online.

Once your device has arrived and been checked, we will usually pay you the amount within 2-5 working days – by bank transfer or, if chosen, in cash at the branch.

Cash payments incur additional administrative costs, therefore 10% is deducted from the amount. For bank transfers, you receive the full price without any deductions.

If you do not wish to accept our offer, you can decline it via email. We will then return your device to you free of charge.
