You can cancel your sale, provided it is not yet completed, by contacting us via email with your order number – you will receive your device back free of charge or you can pick it up.

How do I prepare my device for sale?

Back up your data, remove locks like "Find My iPhone", erase all personal content, and reset the device to factory settings. This will allow us to examine it directly and assess it quickly.

Can I sell a device that is not listed on the website?

No, we only buy devices that can be evaluated online. We accept all models that you can evaluate on our website; if it's a brand new model, it may not be listed yet – adding it usually takes about 10 days, after which you can also sell it online.

When will I receive my payout?

Once your device has arrived and been checked, we will usually pay you the amount within 2-5 working days – by bank transfer or, if chosen, in cash at the branch.

Why is 10% deducted for cash withdrawals?

Cash payments incur additional administrative costs, therefore 10% is deducted from the amount. For bank transfers, you receive the full price without any deductions.

How can I decline an offer?

If you do not wish to accept our offer, you can decline it via email. We will then return your device to you free of charge.

What do I do with the delivery note?

Please include the delivery note in the package so we can correctly identify your device. Processing may be delayed without a receipt.

Who pays for shipping when selling?

Shipping to Revendo is free – you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Alternatively, you can also drop off your device at a branch.

Can I drop off my device directly at a branch?
