The price is based on the model (AirPods, Pro, or Max), the optical and technical condition, battery life, and completeness (charging case, both earphones, accessories).

Do I receive the full amount calculated for me on the homepage when selling?

The price calculated online is an estimate based on your information. After receipt, our technicians will physically inspect your device. If the condition differs from the description, you will receive a new, binding offer.

How quickly will I receive my money after selling my AirPods?

As soon as your AirPods have arrived with us and have been successfully checked, the payment is usually made within 2 to 5 business days via bank transfer. Alternatively, you can choose a voucher or opt for a cash payment when dropping off in the store (with a 10% deduction).

The 10% deduction for cash payments in our stores is to cover the increased administrative effort and the provision of cash on site. To receive the full purchase price, we recommend the convenient payment via bank transfer or as a voucher.

How can I decline an offer?

If the price changes after our technical inspection, we will send you a new offer by email. You can simply decline it. In this case, we will return your device to you free of charge and insured.

Who pays for the shipping when selling?

Shipping to Revendo is free for you. You will receive a shipping label from us for the post office, or you can use the convenient pick@home service, where the post office picks up the package directly from you.

Can I return my AirPods directly at a store?

Yes, you can personally drop off your AirPods at any of our stores (e.g., in Basel, Zurich, Bern, or Lucerne). Our on-site experts can usually evaluate the device immediately and provide you with an offer.

Are my AirPods completely disconnected from my account after the sale?

Yes. As soon as you remove the AirPods from "Find My" and your Apple account and reset them, there are no more links. We also check this during the technical inspection.

How do I cancel my sale?

You can cancel your sale at any time as long as the process is not yet complete. Simply contact us by email with your order number. We will send your device back to you free of charge, or you can pick it up at a store.

Can I drop off devices for disposal?

Yes, Revendo is an official collection point for electronic waste. We accept all electronic devices for free and proper recycling, even if they no longer have resale value.
