Like new / No signs of wear
The product looks like new and shows no signs of wear
Very good / Fine signs of wear
The signs of wear can only be seen under the best lighting conditions.
Used / Visible signs of wear
Scratches or wear are visible under normal lighting conditions.
Bargain / Clear signs of wear
Scratches or wear and tear are clearly visible and cannot be overlooked.
How is the battery health assessed?
- New: New batteries have 97% capacity or better.
- Used: Used batteries have between 80–96% capacity.
Note: On iPhone 11 (or older), a message regarding authenticity may appear due to the built-in OEM battery. However, the battery is still of the highest quality; functionality and warranty remain unaffected.
How are the accessories rated?
Our accessories are new and unpackaged, except for those labeled "USED."
