Whether you dropped off your device at one of our stores or sent it by mail: privacy is our top priority. Before anything else happens, we make sure all your personal data is completely and securely erased. Even if you have already reset it (which we recommend!), we double-check so the device is a “blank slate" for the new owner.
2. Meet MATT: The Robot with Eagle Eyes
Now it gets high-tech. Your device is introduced to MATT, our state-of-the-art testing robot.
MATT is not just a machine; he is the heart of our quality control. While human eyes are good, MATT offers precision that guarantees every single function is tested objectively.

3. The Human Touch: Swiss Experts
After MATT has done the heavy technical work, we hand your device over to our experts. Robots are great for function tests, but for the fine optical assessment and overall aesthetic impression, the trained eye of a human is needed.
Our team, working here in Switzerland, performs the final "grading" (the visual evaluation). They inspect the casing for scratches, check the aesthetics, and carry out a deep cleaning.
If the device needs a repair to meet our standards, our certified technicians take care of it. This combination of robot-assisted precision and human care defines the Revendo standard.
4. Dressed up for a New Appearance
Once the device is technically flawless and sparkling clean, it gets "dressed." We don’t just throw it into a bubble mailer.
