How is the battery health assessed?

• New: New batteries have 97% capacity or better.
• Used: Used batteries have between 80–96% capacity.

Note: On iPhone 11 (or older), a message regarding authenticity may appear due to the built-in OEM battery. However, the battery is still of the highest quality; functionality and warranty remain unaffected.
