How long is the warranty with Revendo?

Used and refurbished devices come with a 1-year warranty, new devices with 2 years. For iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and iMac, you can extend the warranty to 3 years. The warranty period starts from the invoice date.

What does the warranty cover?

Defective devices are repaired, replaced, or their current value refunded as a voucher free of charge within the warranty period. A faulty battery is also covered – for example, if the device no longer starts because of it or if the battery is swollen.

What is not covered?

Normal wear and tear (e.g., natural battery capacity loss, signs of use) as well as damage caused by external factors such as drops or liquid damage. Unauthorized repairs by third parties also result in warranty voidance.

What is the Premium Warranty?

The Premium Warranty is available for iPhones, currently exclusively in Revendo stores: 3 years warranty from the invoice date, a one-time 50% discount on a battery repair (if capacity is below 80%), and free express processing – with a replacement device if possible.

How do I report a warranty claim?

Bring your device to one of the 9 stores or contact customer service to send it in. Revendo inspects the device and repairs, replaces, or reimburses the current value as a voucher.
