But let's be honest: In our busy daily lives, we often lack the time, or the nearest post office isn't conveniently located. Before you get in your car to take the package to the post office, we have a much better solution for you – a service we've offered for a long time but which is often overlooked: Pick@home postal service pickup.

You might be wondering: "Isn't it a waste to have someone come out of their way to pick up my package?" The answer is: No, quite the opposite!
Swiss Post has one of the largest electric vehicle fleets in Europe. In most cities and towns, delivery personnel use quiet, yellow electric tricycles. The clever part: the postman is already in your neighborhood delivering mail. If your package is simply "carried along" on this route, there's no unnecessary extra trip. It's logistics that makes sense.

Here's how to use the service at Revendo
You've decided to sell your used device to us and return it to the recycling loop? Here's how to easily save yourself a trip to the post office:
1. Pack your device: Pack your device securely. An old shoebox is perfectly sufficient – recycling starts with the packaging!
2. Brand & Delivery Note: Print the documents from our appendix.
- Delivery note: Put it in the package with the device.
- Shipping label: Stick it on the outside of the package.
3. Book a pickup: You don't need to call. You can easily arrange pickup ("pick@home") online with the postal service or manage it in the postal app. Choose a location (e.g., drop-off at your front door) if you're not at home.
4. Receive money: As soon as the package arrives at our facility, we will check your device and usually transfer the amount to you within 5 working days .
