But let's be honest: In our busy daily lives, we often lack the time, or the nearest post office isn't conveniently located. Before you get in your car to take the package to the post office, we have a much better solution for you – a service we've offered for a long time but which is often overlooked: Pick@home postal service pickup.
Why pickup is often the smarter choice
Maybe you’re wondering: "Isn’t it wasteful if someone comes specially to pick up my package?" The answer is: No, on the contrary!
Swiss Post has one of the largest electric fleets in Europe. In most cities and towns, delivery people use the quiet, yellow electric tricycles. The clever part: The postman or postwoman is already in your neighborhood anyway, to distribute letters. If your package is simply "taken along" on this route, no unnecessary extra trip is created. It’s logistics that makes sense.

How to use the service at Revendo
You’ve decided to sell your used device to us and return it to the cycle? This way you save yourself the trip to the post office:
1. Pack the device: Pack your device securely. An old shoebox is perfectly fine – recycling starts with the packaging!
2. Label & delivery note: Print the documents from our attachment.
- Delivery note: Into the package with the device.
- Shipping label: Stick on the outside of the package.
3. Book pickup: You don’t need to call. You can easily book the pickup ("pick@home") online order at the post office or manage in the Post app. Choose a location (e.g., drop-off in front of the door) if you are not at home.
4. Receive payment: As soon as the package arrives with us, we check your device and usually transfer the amount within 5 working days.
