How much does a mobile phone subscription cost at Revendo?

The cheapest mobile subscription (Swiss Start) is effectively available from CHF 12.–/month including Revendo Credit. The popular Swiss Flat with unlimited data costs effectively CHF 19.–/month. All prices include 8.1% VAT and can be cancelled at any time—the same terms apply to private and business customers.

How do companies close deals?

Are there special corporate rates?

No. Business customers receive the same rates, the same Revendo Credit, and the same cancellation period as private customers. The difference lies in the process: one point of contact, one offer, subscriptions for your entire team.

What exactly is the Revendo Credit?

Revendo Credit is a portion of the monthly subscription price that is accumulated as credit. You can redeem it at Revendo—online or in-store—for Refurbished devices, repairs, or sustainable Accessories.

Can the team use eSIM?

Yes. At checkout, you can choose between an eSIM and a physical SIM card. With an eSIM, employees receive a QR code by email and are ready to go within minutes—without waiting for delivery, and it’s also ideal as a second SIM.

Which network does the Revendo mobile subscription use?

Revendo Mobile uses the Swisscom network—with over 99.5% population coverage and 5G throughout Switzerland.

What does “unlimited” mean for data?

With Swiss Flat, you can surf without limits. You have a full-speed allowance (40/100/200 GB). After that, you can continue surfing at 1 Mbit/s – at no extra cost.

Which mobile phone plan is right for the team?

Swiss Start is suitable for light data users in Switzerland, while Swiss Flat offers unlimited data domestically. If you often travel in Europe, choose Europe or Europe Max with roaming included in Zone 1. In the form, you can provide us with your team size and preferred plan—we’ll be happy to advise you.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No—all subscriptions have no minimum contract term. You can cancel at any time or easily switch to another subscription. Cancellation notice: 2 months before the end of the month. That’s the difference from traditional 24-month contracts, which become expensive when teams change.

Can employees bring their number with them?

Yes, number porting is possible. Employees keep their existing mobile number.

How much does activation cost?

A one-time activation fee of CHF 49.– applies to each new subscription. This covers the SIM card or eSIM setup, as well as network connection.

What is included in Zone 1?

Zone 1 includes EU/EEA countries as well as the United Kingdom, Turkey, and other popular travel destinations. At Revendo Mobile, Liechtenstein is considered domestic, so the same conditions as in Switzerland apply there.

General information
All prices in CHF, including 8.1% VAT. The subscriptions are intended for normal personal use.

Activation fee
A one-time activation fee of CHF 49.– applies to each newly concluded subscription. This fee will be charged once when the contract is concluded.

Contract term & cancellation
The subscription has no minimum contract term. You can cancel at any time with 2 months' notice effective at the end of a month or easily switch to another subscription.

Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein is treated like Switzerland. All conditions applicable in Switzerland—including calls, SMS and data usage—also apply in Liechtenstein at the same price and without roaming deductions.

Revendo Credit

  • Revendo Credit is linked to the email address registered for the subscription and is non-transferable.
  • The credit can be redeemed online at revendo.ch or in a Revendo Store.
  • Each monthly credit is forfeited exactly 3 years after the date on which it was credited.
  • If you no longer have access to the registered email address, the credit expires without replacement.
  • Revendo Credit may not be used to pay mobile phone bills.

Telephony Europe (Europe & Europe Max)
The «Europe» and «Europe Max» subscriptions include unlimited calls and SMS in both directions: from Switzerland to Europe (Zone 1) and from Europe back to Switzerland. Roaming calls are not included in the «Swiss Start» and «Swiss Flat» subscriptions.

  • Swiss Start: Calls/SMS CH: 1'000/month, data: 5 GB/month.
  • Swiss Flat: Calls/SMS CH: 1'000/month, data CH: unlimited (40 GB at full speed, then 1 Mbit/s), 1 GB Zone 1.
  • Europe: Calls/SMS CH+Zone 1: 2'000/month, data CH: unlimited (100 GB at full speed), 5 GB Zone 1.
  • Europe Max: Calls/SMS CH+Zone 1: 4'000/month, data CH: unlimited (200 GB at full speed), 30 GB Zone 1.
