You can submit a repair order using the form below. You will then receive a confirmation email with all further information.

Step 2

Send in or hand in

You can either bring your device to a store for repair in person, send it to us by mail, or have it picked up by bicycle courier (if available). You'll find further information in your confirmation email. If the repair exceeds your set cost limit, you'll receive a new quote.

Receive your device by mail

Your device will be repaired and returned to you by mail.

General information

  • Our customers are generally not required to share their passwords with us. This is only necessary if they need help with data backup or troubleshooting software errors.
  • A flat rate of CHF 90 will be charged for repairs not carried out.
  • If no defects can be identified, we charge a processing fee of CHF 90, even during the warranty period.
  • If it is technically impossible to create a backup or recover data, we charge a processing fee of CHF 75.
  • Orders must be paid for at the latest upon collection, or in advance for shipping.
  • For all repairs, we provide a 90-day warranty on the replaced hardware
  • Revendo AG assumes no liability for consequential defects that are not related to the repair, as well as for repairs to vintage devices.
  • There is no warranty claim for repairs to damaged devices (e.g. liquid, fall).
  • Repairs up to CHF 90 will be carried out without consultation with the customer.
  • If the repair costs exceed the customer's budget, we will send a specific quote in advance.
  • We cover the shipping costs from the customer to us. However, under certain circumstances, the return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
  • The customer will receive further information, a shipping label and an invoice by email.
  • We can only handle orders and repairs from Switzerland. Unfortunately, shipping abroad is not possible.

How long is the warranty on my device?

Our devices include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure or normal wear.

What is covered by the warranty and what is not?

The warranty covers defects that occur without external impact. It does not cover damage from drops, liquids, broken screens, signs of wear or repairs performed by third parties.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Just contact us at info@revendo.ch or bring your device to one of our stores. We will check it free of charge and let you know about the next steps. Please include your order confirmation.

Can I have my device repaired if it’s no longer under warranty?

Yes, we repair devices even after the warranty period. We provide a cost estimate first and only proceed with the repair once you approve it.

Does the device diagnosis cost anything?

The diagnosis is free if you decide to proceed with the repair. If you choose not to repair, a small processing fee may apply, which we will inform you about in advance.

How much does a repair cost and will I receive a cost estimate first?

We always provide a cost estimate before starting the repair. No work is carried out and no charges occur without your approval.

How long does a repair take?

The duration depends on the device and the type of damage. Many repairs can be completed within a few days or even the same day. If parts need to be ordered, we will inform you of the estimated time.

Do you use original parts or third-party parts?

We use high-quality replacement parts, either original parts where available or certified high-grade components from trusted suppliers. We will advise you on the best option for your device.

Can you repair water damage?

We can inspect and often repair water-damaged devices, but liquid exposure can cause ongoing issues, so long-term stability cannot always be guaranteed. We will explain expected outcomes transparently.

Do displays always need to be replaced as a whole?

On most modern devices, the display is replaced as a complete module to ensure proper color quality and touch responsiveness.

Can I get a replacement device while mine is being repaired?

Depending on availability and location, a replacement device may be provided. Just ask us so we can check for you.

What happens to my data during the repair?

We do not delete any data without your consent. However, we recommend backing up your device beforehand, as data may not always be recoverable in severe damage cases.

Should I send in my device or can I bring it to a store?

Both options are available. You can bring it to a store or ship it securely. Please keep your shipping receipt.

What happens if the repair is not possible?

If a repair is not feasible or does not make economic sense, we will discuss alternatives such as device replacement or buy-back. The decision is yours.
