Shipping and pickup


No matter whether you prefer to have your device delivered to your home or pick it up in one of our stores: here you’ll find a quick and clear overview of how ordering, shipping and pickup work at Revendo.

Pickup in Store

You can easily pick up your order at any Revendo store. Just select “Pickup in Store” during checkout. We’ll automatically show you the nearest store based on your address.

Important for pickup:

  • Payment is made online in advance
  • You’ll get an email as soon as your device is ready (usually shortly after payment)
  • Please bring your order confirmation or an ID

As soon as your device is available at the selected store, we’ll send you a pickup email. You can then collect it during that store’s opening hours.

Shipping within Switzerland

We deliver throughout Switzerland. Your order will be shipped directly to the delivery address you choose.

Shipping Options

A-Post with Transport Insurance
  • Protection against loss and transport damage
  • Damage covered up to the value of the item
  • For orders under 50 CHF, a small-order surcharge applies
  • Revendo decides whether the device will be repaired or replaced after inspection
A-Post / A-Post Plus (free from 50 CHF)
  • Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF
  • Under 50 CHF: +9 CHF shipping fee
  • Orders paid before 14:00 usually ship the same day
  • Delivery usually on the next working day
  • Liability for loss or theft lies with the recipient

Delivery Time & Tracking

We usually ship orders the same day as payment is received (before 14:00). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

In some cases, items may be shipped separately → you’ll receive more than one tracking email.

Damaged Delivery

If your device arrives damaged, please contact us right away, and no later than 3 calendar days after delivery:

Please send us:

  • Photos of the damaged device
  • Photos of the packaging

Important: Keep the original packaging. It’s needed for the damage claim.

Shipping to or between stores

Shipping between stores can only be arranged directly on site. If you want to have a device sent to another store, just go to your local store and they can set it up for you. A deposit is required; if you change your mind later, you’ll get a voucher for the amount you paid.

Alternatively, you can simply order the device online and have it delivered to your home.

Liability (without transport insurance)

In case of loss, damage, or incorrect delivery, liability depends on the shipping method according to POST CH AG terms:

  • A-Post: liability up to 500 CHF
  • A-Post Plus: no liability

Frequently asked questions about Shipping and pickup

How can I cancel a purchase?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible at info@revendo.ch. If the device has already been shipped, you can request a return through your customer account once it arrives.

Why was my order canceled?

In rare cases, an order may be canceled if payment fails, the device becomes unexpectedly unavailable, or the payment provider’s security checks trigger. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email and refund you automatically.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes - if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at info@revendo.ch
with your order number and the new delivery address. After shipment, we can’t change the address.

How can I track my order online?

You’ll automatically receive an email with the postal tracking link as soon as your package ships. Use this link to check the delivery status at any time.

When will I receive my order?

Typically within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed before 2:00 pm are usually shipped the same day.

Why did I receive a partial delivery?

Items may ship from different warehouses. In that case you’ll receive multiple packages with separate tracking links. That’s normal - the remaining items will follow shortly.

Can I collect my order in a store?

Yes - choose “Pick up in store” at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your device is ready. You can collect it during your chosen store’s opening hours.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

As soon as your device is ready in the store you selected, we’ll send you a pickup confirmation by email. After that, you can collect it at any time during the store’s opening hours.

Can I have devices sent to another store?

You can arrange a transfer to another store, but only directly on site. Just stop by your store and they’ll handle it for you - a small deposit is required. If you change your mind later, you’ll get a voucher for the deposit amount. Of course, you can also just order the device online and have it delivered to your home.

Who pays the shipping costs?

Shipping is free from CHF 50 order value. Below that, a CHF 9 shipping fee applies.

My device was damaged in transit - what should I do?

Please contact info@revendo.ch within 3 calendar days of delivery and send photos of the device and the packaging. Keep the original packaging - it’s needed to file the claim.

Can I request a specific model that is currently unavailable?
