FAQ Outlet – tested devices with a warranty at the best price

Let’s take a look together at the benefits and important considerations when buying.

Was is Revendo Outlet?

Outlet devices are inexpensive, one-of-a-kind items with clearly described optical or technical peculiarities (e.g., no original display, weaker battery, more noticeable signs of wear, or imported version). These deviations are always transparently stated and documented with pictures.

Are outlet devices tested?

Yes! Every outlet device is individually tested. We thoroughly test it, professionally clean it, and completely reset it. Apart from the points described, it works perfectly.

What is the difference between Revendo refurbished and Revendo refurbished?

Revendo Refurbished: Devices are available in the following conditions: New, Like New, Very Good, Used, and Bargain. Even the Bargain category shows even fewer signs of wear than our Outlet devices – meaning they are technically flawless and always closer to a "normal" secondhand condition.

Revendo Outlet: Also tested and functional, but with more noticeable visual or technical imperfections, which are clearly described. These are truly unique items.

Do I have a warranty on outlet devices?

Yes – outlet devices also come with a 12-month warranty. You also have a 14-day return policy.

Why are outlet devices cheaper?

Because they have certain flaws or deviations that lower the price. This way you can get a working device at a particularly good price.

Do I get any accessories with it?

Yes, the necessary accessories (e.g., charging cable) are included. However, we cannot guarantee original packaging or original accessories.

Are outlet devices suitable as gifts?

Generally, yes – technically they function perfectly. However, for a gift in as "like new" condition as possible, we recommend a Revendo refurbished device (e.g., "like new" or "very good").

Why does Revendo even sell outlet devices?

Because sustainability is important to us. Even devices with small quirks deserve a second life. This way you conserve resources and save money.
