How long does a repair take at Revendo?

Many repairs, such as display or battery replacements, are completed by our technicians on the same day – often within one to two hours. More complex repairs take a few business days. We will provide you with the exact timeframe along with the free cost estimate.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

No. You can come to any of our stores during opening hours at any time without an appointment – just drop off your device, and you're done. Alternatively, you can use our mail-in repair service and conveniently send your device from home.

Do you work with original parts?

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), we use only Apple original parts for Apple devices. Our technicians are certified by Apple. For Android devices, we also rely on high-quality replacement parts.

What warranty is provided on a repair?

We provide a 90-day warranty on all hardware parts replaced during a repair.

How much does a repair cost?

For common repairs such as display, battery, or back cover, we offer transparent fixed prices. For all other repairs, we provide you with a free cost estimate in advance – you decide before any costs are incurred. You can find a price overview on our repair page.
