First, back up your data. Then remove your Google account (to disable the FRP lock), take out the SIM and memory cards, and reset the device to factory settings. We cannot purchase the device without the Google account being removed.

The price is based on brand, model, storage size, and the visual as well as technical condition. Factors such as the Battery condition and existing signs of use are directly included in the evaluation to provide you with a fair offer.

The price calculated online is an estimate based on your information. After receipt, our technicians will physically inspect your device. If the condition differs from the description, you will receive a new, binding offer.

As soon as your Android phone has arrived with us and has been successfully inspected, the payment is usually made within 2 to 5 business days via bank transfer. Alternatively, you can choose a voucher or, if you drop it off at a store (with a 10% deduction), opt for a cash payment.

The 10% deduction for cash payments in our stores is to cover the increased administrative effort and the provision of cash on site. To receive the full purchase price, we recommend the convenient payment via bank transfer or as a voucher.

If the price changes after our technical inspection, we will send you a new offer by email. You can simply decline it. In this case, we will return your device to you free of charge and insured.

Shipping to Revendo is free for you. You will receive a shipping label from us for the post office, or you can use the convenient pick@home service, where the post office picks up the package directly from you.

Yes, you can personally drop off your Android phone at any of our stores (e.g., in Basel, Zurich, Bern, or Lucerne). Our on-site experts can usually evaluate the device immediately and provide you with an offer.

Your security is a priority. All data carriers are professionally erased or overwritten with certified procedures. If a storage device is defective and cannot be erased, it will be physically destroyed.

You can cancel your sale at any time as long as the process is not yet complete. Simply contact us by email with your order number. We will send your device back to you free of charge, or you can pick it up at a store.
