General terms and conditions

  1. Device Preparation: All devices intended for sale must be cleared of all user locks and management software (e.g., MDM, ABM, DEP, Firmware passwords, "Find My iPhone," Google locks) before arrival at revendo AG.
  2. Non-Compliance Fees: Failure to remove locks will result in a processing fee of CHF 10.00 per device. If locks cannot be removed, the devices will be returned to the customer.
  3. Canceled Audits: If a sale does not materialize after revendo AG has already performed an audit or processing, a fee of CHF 10.00 per device will be charged before the units are returned.
  4. Grading vs. Functionality: Gradings (A, B, C) refer strictly to optical condition. Revendo AG assumes all devices are technically fully functional and contain original parts unless defects were declared by the customer in advance.
  5. Undisclosed Defects: If undisclosed technical defects are found, a fee of CHF 10.00 per device may be charged to cover testing and return shipping costs.
  6. Price Revisions: Revendo AG reserves the right to revise binding quotes or withdraw from an offer if the device condition does not match the initial description. New negotiations may follow.
  7. Invoicing Deadline: The seller must provide an invoice within 14 days of receiving the final credit note. If not provided, the credit note is deemed accepted.
  8. Transfer of Ownership: If no invoice is received within 14 days, ownership transfers automatically to revendo AG upon payment of the final credit note value.
  9. Original Components: All prices assume the use of original manufacturer parts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  10. Validity of Quotes: All quoted prices are non-binding unless a written agreement states otherwise.
