General Terms and Conditions

  1. All devices intended for sale by the customer must be free of all user locks and management software/restrictions before arriving at and being processed by revendo AG, in order to ensure efficient and smooth processing. Examples include MDM, ABM, DEP, firmware passwords, user passwords, FMI “Find my iPhone,” and Google locks. In the event of non-compliance, revendo AG reserves the right to charge a flat fee of CHF 10.00 per device for the work involved and, if removal is not possible, to return the devices to the customer.
  2. If the sale of devices to revendo AG does not go ahead despite processing/an audit already having been carried out, revendo AG reserves the right to charge a flat fee of CHF 10.00 per device for the work already performed before returning the devices to the customer.
  3. The device gradings described in the quotes (A, B, C Grades) relate solely to the devices’ visual condition and not to any potential functional restrictions. revendo AG generally assumes that all devices provided to it and intended for sale are fully functional technically and free of restrictions, and that all components are complete and original. The exception is where technical defects and restrictions have been declared/defined by the customer in advance. If this is not the case, a flat fee of CHF 10.00 per device may be charged to cover the costs of the tests performed and to return the devices to the customer.
  4. If revendo AG has quoted binding prices for devices in advance, revendo AG reserves the right to revise the originally binding quoted prices if the devices do not correspond to the conditions specified in the quote and to withdraw from the quote. It may still be possible to purchase the devices following renewed price negotiations.
  5. The customer/seller is obliged to provide an invoice within 14 days of receiving the final credit note from revendo AG. If this deadline is not met, the final credit note shall be deemed accepted.
  6. If Revendo has not received an invoice from the seller within 14 days of delivery of the final credit note, ownership of the goods shall automatically transfer to revendo AG upon payment of the value determined in the final credit note.
  7. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, revendo AG’s prices generally apply to devices with original manufacturer parts.
  8. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices stated/quoted in offers are generally non-binding.
