If the price changes after our technical inspection, we will send you a new offer by email. You can simply decline it. In this case, we will return your device to you free of charge and with insurance.

Who pays for the shipping when selling?

Shipping to Revendo is free for you. We will provide you with a shipping label for the post office, or you can use the convenient pick@home service, where the post office picks up the package directly from your home.

Can I drop off my iPhone directly at a store?

Yes, you can drop off your iPhone in person at any of our 8 stores (e.g., in Basel, Zurich, Bern, or Lucerne). Our on-site experts can usually evaluate the device immediately and provide you with an offer.

What happens to my data?

Your security is our priority. All data storage devices are professionally erased or overwritten using certified procedures. If a storage device is defective and cannot be erased, it will be physically destroyed.

How do I cancel my sale?

You can cancel your sale at any time as long as the process is not yet complete. Just contact us by email with your order number. We will send your device back to you free of charge, or you can pick it up at a store.

Can I drop off devices for disposal?

Yes, Revendo is an official collection point for electronic waste. We accept all electronic devices for free and proper recycling, even if they no longer have resale value.
