We provide a 3-month warranty on the replaced hardware for completed repairs. This warranty covers the repaired part and does not cover consequential damages or damages caused by external factors (drops, moisture).

The warranty covers defects that occur without external influence. Damage caused by drops, liquids, broken displays, normal wear and tear, and repairs by third parties or the user is not covered.

In your customer account, you can report a warranty claim directly from your order. Alternatively, contact us by email at info@revendo.ch or bring your device to one of our stores. We will inspect it free of charge and inform you about the next steps. Please bring or send your order confirmation with it.

Yes, we also repair devices outside of warranty. Before starting, we will inform you of the estimated costs and only carry out the repair if you agree.

The fault diagnosis is chargeable. However, if you decide to proceed with a repair, the diagnosis fee will not be charged separately – you only pay the repair costs.

The repair time depends on the damage and the device. Many repairs are possible within a few days, sometimes even on the same day. If parts need to be ordered, we will inform you of the expected time.

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), we perform Apple repairs exclusively with Apple original parts. This ensures that your device works exactly as intended after the repair.

No, this isn't a defect and isn't covered under warranty. At Revendo, we use high-quality third-party batteries for battery replacements. Since Apple only recognizes its own original parts, iOS displays this warning message for non-Apple batteries – this is a deliberate limitation by Apple and has no impact on the functionality or performance of your device. We can often partially or fully repair water damage – getting a cost estimate is definitely worthwhile. However, since liquid can cause secondary damage, permanent stability cannot be guaranteed. We will honestly inform you in advance about the chances of success and costs.

In modern devices, the display is usually replaced as a complete unit to ensure color quality and touch functionality.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a replacement device for the duration of the repair. Many repairs are carried out directly on-site, so you often get your device back the same day.

We do not delete any data without consultation. We recommend that you create a backup yourself before handing in your device. If you wish, we can create the backup for you for a fee when you submit your device for repair – just let us know when placing your order.

Both are possible. You can drop it off in person at a branch or send it securely packaged by mail. Please keep the shipping confirmation.

If a repair doesn't make technical or economic sense, we'll discuss alternatives such as device exchange or buyback. The decision is yours.

We repair MacBook Air and MacBook Pro – including display, battery, keyboard, and charging port – and also offer upgrades with SSD storage and RAM. The MacBook repair costs depend on the model and defect; you will receive a transparent cost estimate before the repair.
