The Apple Watch Series 6 is the perfect coach and training companion. Thanks to the new sensor, consisting of four LED clusters and four photodiodes, the Apple Watch measures the oxygen level in your blood and sends the results to the app as needed or at regular intervals. The electro-optical heart sensor detects your heart rate and immediately notifies you if it detects anything unusual. It also analyzes your heart rhythm and can thus detect cardiac arrhythmia. It can even create an electrocardiogram (ECG). In an emergency, the Apple Watch can even prove to be a lifesaver. If it detects that you have fallen, it opens a quick menu where you can easily make an emergency call. If you do not respond for a longer period of time, the emergency call is made automatically.

The Always-On Display stays on even when you're not looking at the watch. This means you can always see important information at a glance. Thanks to improved brightness, it even works when you're training in bright sunlight without having to lift your wrist. The long battery life of up to 18 hours is still maintained thanks to intelligent power management. Thanks to the "Force Touch" function, the display knows not only where you're pressing, but also how hard, which can trigger different functions. This leaves more space for the smart watch faces and, of course, your apps. With the tried-and-tested Digital Crown, you can navigate, scroll, and zoom without obscuring your view of the display. The haptic feedback gives you a precise, click-like feeling when scrolling.
